Great drafts
Temperature, glass size and fresh factor (how often a place cleans its lines and goes through kegs) decide what makes a draft beer delicious. Plus with drafts you can tell yourself you've only had three when you’ve probably really had six.

Pub Dog Pizza & Drafthouse -
20 E. Cross St. - Baltimore (Federal Hill)
Report this commentI could drink the raspberry all night long and have. Yes, the mug size is teeny compared to others (I’ve finished one in three guzzles,) but you get two when you order one. Bonus: When you’re nearing the end of the night, you’ll forget you have the second mug and feel like you won the lottery when you find it.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards -
333 W. Camden St. - Baltimore (Downtown)
Report this commentThe cost kills here, but Camden Yards scores points for size and making it acceptable to drink during the day and feel as though you’re accomplishing something. Plus, the beer man always drops amazing future catchphrases.

What's up at No Idea Tavern?
Report this commentIts drafts are huge, ice cold and typically really fresh, almost fizzing. Plus the bartenders will reach out to pour you another when you’re swallowing your last sip.

Nick's Oyster Bar -
1065 South Charles St. - Baltimore (Federal Hill)
Report this commentTwo large drafts here are the perfect amount to order for yourself when you split a dozen crabs with someone. You’ll have just enough beer left over to talk you into ordering another dozen.
