I highly recommend Michael J. Fox's book 'Lucky Man: A Memoir.' In the autobiography he sincerely writes about his experience with Parkinson's Disease, his past drinking problems as well as his journey into Hollywood. I believe he has a newer autobiography out as well called 'Always Looking Up' which I haven't read.
