Under Steve-O’s upper back tattoo of Jay Leno autograph (seriously!), he sports a scar from the time fellow "Jackass" Johnny Knoxville stabbed him with a three-foot samurai sword. As an apology, Knoxville sent him a dozen roses and a note that read: “Totally sorry about stabbing you. Feel terrible about it. And if this helps, I would only stab you in the back literally, never figuratively. I love you, man. Knox.” Classy!
