Surprisingly, Knoxville’s head scar doesn’t come from Steve-O returning the favor, but from getting pummeled in the head by heavyweight boxer Eric “Butterbean” Esch during the filming of a skit for "Jackass: The Movie."

The Jackass ringleader asked for it (literally) when he requested the professional fighter go “all out” on him during their fight scene in the department store. Knoxville received several stitches and a minor concussion for his trouble. Sexy? Yes. Brilliant? No.
