I'm a Pho addict. I've tried nearly every Pho in the Baltimore Washington area and I have to say that I was dissapointed by the food at this restaurant. The Pho was greasy and for the most part lacked flavor. Also it's expensive. 10$ for a bowl of Pho is high and the quality didn't reflect the price. My guest tried one of the entrees which she couldn't eat.
I'm so excited about new and diverse foods coming to Baltimore, but I think that Baltimore Pho needs to change the recipe if they want to stick around. The decor and service were really excellent. Think 'Vietnamese food meets modern Thai Restaurant' decor. This place also employs locals as the wait staff which I was happy to see and glad to support. But, I go out to eat for the food, not to lounge and support the local economy.

Baltimore Pho just opened just west of downtown Baltimore in the Hollins Market neighborhood. They are a Vietnamese restaurant - fine dining. I went with a few friends and LOVE IT. They have a really nice bar area, great dining room and awesome staff. The food was reasonably priced and I LOVE the deserts - fried ice cream is too good. Great vegetarian options. I'll be sure to visit frequently!!
