Punk's Backyard Grill is classic cookout food for modern health-conscious people. If you enjoy classic homemade grub but also like the occasional flourish of sophistication, then Punk's is for you. Punk's idea of grilled beef? How about fire-brushed flat iron steak with salsa fresca and cilantro creme fraiche? If the idea of meat makes you squirm, try the housemade veggie burger with peppered jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and shaved red onions.
