We would probably be regulars at Blue Sea Grill if it wasn't located at the dreaded Power Plant Live complex. Fortunately for our bellies, we overcome this prejudice to dine at the pricey and posh seafood restaurant a couple times a year. And when we do, we make sure we get the ceviche and the tuna tartare, which is as mouth-watering as ahi tuna should be. Offerings change daily depending on what's available and all fish can be ordered by cooking method, such as grilled or blackened. One caveat: This is one of those places that thinks it's OK to charge $20-plus for an entree and not stick something green on the plate next to it. If you want a veggie, you'll have to order it separately.
