Chaps Pit Beef isn’t the most luxurious of Charm City’s dining destinations. In fact, it’s little more than a shack in front of a strip club. It’s not the décor that has people lined up 25 deep, though, it’s the food.

Chaps lures a diverse clientele, from Johns Hopkins' elite to BPD’s finest: Chaps is where white-collar Baltimore and blue-collar Baltimore dine together, and everyone's collar ends up a little bit barbecue-stained.
