Baltimore Pho (pronounced "fuh") may be a secret now, but it probably won't stay that way for long. Restaurants with tasty food never do in this town.

While there are a plethora of Chinese and Japanese restaurants around Baltimore, Vietnamese restaurants are harder to find, so Baltimore Pho couldn't have arrived at a better time. The menu provides variety for carnivores and vegetarians alike, but, of course, the real focus is on the pho, a soup-like dish with slices of beef or chicken swirling about with rice noodles and spring onions.

From start to finish, dining at Baltimore Pho is a taste explosion of sweet and spicy, sometimes in the same bite. Sound tempting? It is. Told you Pho wouldn't remain secret for long.
