Uncle Teddy's Pretzels
Cinnamon pretzel: $4
The pitch: It may be too early in the game to indulge the sweet tooth, but it's Sunday and cold and that's all the excuse we need. We chose the cinnamon pretzel instead of the other options (plain, salted, fully buttered) because we love cinnamon. The Annapolis-based Uncle Teddy's may be suffering from an identity crisis, though. This is more a cinnamon-covered donut in the shape of a pretzel than an actual pretzel. Where's the inherit crunchiness? No worries, it's still delicious—in all its warm, soft and chewy glory. We didn't sample any other "dessert" options, because we'd probably recommend the cinnamon pretzel over almost anything else (and we've seen how they "make" the soft-serve).
Full count? The pretzel was messy, to be sure. We're still finding cinnamon in the crannies of our hooded sweatshirt. Indulge, because the cost and taste make Uncle Teddy's pretzel a great value at Oriole Park.
Injury report: The stomach is still feeling good. Maybe this won't be so bad after all...
