The marshmallow-sized shrimp shumai ($7.25) represents the first of Ra's new menu offerings. The dumplings were tasty indeed, and a steal during happy hour. Try them, and a slew of other appetizers, for half price Monday through Saturday from 3-7 p.m., or Sunday from 8-11 p.m.
