Punk's dished up red bliss potato salad, roasted corn and black bean salad, sweet and sour cucumbers with dill and green salads.
The green salads were green salads, nothing special, but the potato salad—oh! It had a nice onion flavor that wasn't overpowering, and while you would expect it to be super-mayonnaise-y, it wasn't. It was just right. It was the Goldilocks of potato salad, and creamy.
The cucumber salad was also a hit. The fresh dill really made the dish, and the sweet and sour balanced nicely.
The corn/bean salad was also a hit. The beans were seasoned with something that was kind of smoky, and reminded us of chili. We love chili. We lapped it up.
