Mac and aged cheddar cheese at The Wine Market

Ingredients: Heavy cream, asiago, cheddar and chopped green onion on top of macaroni
Damage: $4
Skinny: This version was creamy like some of its buddies, but was much thicker and sort of oozed and stretched off the fork like the inside of a mozzarella stick. The addition of green onions gave it a distinctive flavor, and it successfully managed to be the cheapest choice, without being the worst.—Jen Bunty
