Skinny: Mmm. In this layered shot, Crème de cassis, a blackcurrant liquor, is paired with Castries, a peanut butter cream rum from Saint Lucia. The drink blends well, lives up to its name completely and goes down smoother than a spoonful of creamy Jif. We tip our hats to the mastermind who so successfully paired a popular childhood comfort food with booze. Perhaps Jack’s should next attempt a Chicken McNuggets shot.
