Skinny: It would be in bad form to do a piece on bacon in Baltimore and exclude clams casino. While it's not necessarily a native specialty, it does incorporate pork with bivalves and chopped veggies—sort of a nautical nacho, if you will. Obrycki's is decidedly generous with its bacon; offering up salty chunks nearly as large as the clams themselves. But watch out for bits of shell—a dental injury might prevent you from enjoying this bacon casino and its tasty nuggets of clam.
