Skinny: It seemed time to class up the rashers a bit—by drenching them in tangy melted butter, of course. Because Wine Market's oysters are so mild, they serve as little magic school buses to deposit all those yummy bits of bacon to where they really belong—your mouth. Although the bacon here is technically used as a garnish, it's safe to say that the dish could not stand alone in its absence. The necessity of bacon bits declares this dish compulsory for pig-eaters everywhere.
