It's trendy these days to make exotic pizzas with unusual combinations of ingredients. Woodberry Kitchen, which features seasonal food from local farms, is way trendy, but we were a little nervous to order the flatbread pizza with ricotta cheese, golden raisins and...dunh, dunh, dunh...wilted beet greens. However, the sweetness of the raisins, the sweet and salty greens and the mild, creamy cheese proved to be a winning combination. Since the menu varies at Woodberry, expect to see other inventive and exotic vegetable combinations brought to the table as the seasons change.
