Large lake trout sandwich at Mr. Chicken & Trout

Ingredients: Four huge pieces of lightly breaded fish, two slices of smashed white bread

Damage: $4.99

Skinny: It could be confusing to some, how something advertised as a sandwich could be so askew. Like the corned beef on rye in a New York deli that is more like a cow between crackers, Mr. Chicken & Trout's sandwich was almost inedible thanks to the destroyed bread. That being said, the fish was really tasty, with a slight sweetness from the breading which, perhaps, was a cornmeal of sorts. Mr. Chicken & Trout's lake trout needed the least amount of hot sauce to make it go down right, but without the bread, it was way too messy to eat on a lunch break.
