Cheese plate and cured meats at Tapas Teatro
Credit:Lisa Wiseman
The meatiest
Damage: $8.95
Skinny: In addition to the Manchego, a mild sheep's milk from the La Mancha region of Spain, and cabrales, a blue-green cheese that comes from cows (and sometimes sheep) raised in the Asturias region of northern Spain, cheese samplers at Tapas Teatro are treated to Serrano, a thinly-sliced, smoky cured ham, and Cantimpalo, a chorizo-type sausage that was so good, we begged for a half-pound of it sliced to go to put on a pizza (or just eat by the handful). No such luck, though.
