Saganaki (a.k.a. flaming cheese) at Ikaros

Most impressive
Damage: $5.95
Skinny: Ikaros' waitress arrived at the table holding a metal dish full of olive oil- and oregano-drenched feta and a lighter. With one quick flick, she ignited the cheese which erupted in a fireball six inches high. After we all applauded and shouted "Opa!" she extinguished the flames with a squeeze of lemon juice and presented us with a warm, gooey bowl of cheese to spread on our bread. It was dinner, and a show.
