Skinny: This is pure fuel—tasty fuel—but fuel nonetheless. You don't go to Dunkin' Donuts for aged Cheddar or anything apple-smoked. You never hear anyone refer to a processed cheese slice as "aged." Somehow old Velveeta doesn't strike the same chord. And if someone is using an apple to smoke something here, it probably involves aluminum foil and a lighter.
