Oysters of the day at Shuckers

Ingredients: They're oysters. There's not a whole lot in the way of ingredients to discuss. Let's see ... uhh, oysters, duh, served on a half shell with some wedges of citrus fruit as a garnish.
Damage: Market price generally ranges from $6.99-$9.99 per half dozen
Skinny: Approaching Shuckers along the water, a salty breeze blew off the Harbor, a breeze that had a surprisingly clean scent for a warm summer day in Baltimore. Shuckers' mussels reminded me of this breeze, and though its cocktail sauce is pretty standard (which seems boring contrasted against Mama's chipotle lime sauce), its oysters remained light and fresh and only slightly salty.—Mark Gross
