Nacho fries at Hightopps Backstage Grille

Ingredients: Salsa, sour cream, cheese and chives. Replace the chips with spuds and voila!
Damage: $6.95
Skinny: The toppings are great, but the fact that a French fry is too skinny (and slightly limp from being undercooked) to hang on to them is somewhat unsatisfying. Attacking these things with a fork is probably the best method of consumption, and if I weren't saving leftovers for the scavengers back at the office I would have done so. Still, I've only seen senior citizens eat fries with forks. Who's got my tortilla chips?–Brent Weber
