Chocolate nachos at Cheeseburger in Paradise

Ingredients: A mountainous formation of chocolate and flour tortilla chips circle three fruity flavors of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream: Cherry Garcia, Chunky Monkey and Strawberry. Then the chips are covered in chocolate syrup, strawberry slices, powdered sugar and rainbow sprinkles. Dip and enjoy!

Skinny: I would never have imagined that two of my favorite snacks–Ben & Jerry's and nachos–could be combined into one tasty (and attractive!) dessert. Life. Is. Good. Very good. Not only are the nachos delicious, but they're also fun. Why use spoons, when you have so many chocolate-flavored nachos for your dipping pleasure? However, you should be warned: The chips are heavily drenched in chocolate syrup and tend to crumble when dipped in the ice cream, so you will get messy.–Rebecca Hyler
