BOP
BOP stands for—you guessed it—Brick Oven Pizza. BOP's brick oven burns 24/7, and only burns oak and maple. Why is this significant? Not sure. But we do know good pizza when we taste it, and BOP has some of the best pizza in Baltimore. We imagine that never-ending fire has something to do with it. BOP sells pizza by the slice ($2.30 for cheese and $3.50 for four cheese white) and the pizzeria offers more than 50 toppings. Go ahead, build your own masterpiece. If you want a whole pie, there are three sizes: 10, 14 and 18-inch. There's plenty of seating here, and the atmosphere is bright and cheerful, so grab a table and design the ultimate pie.
