O'Shea's does the whole O'Bar thing oh so well. With at least one green, white and orange-striped flag; a mural of Ireland; an outline of the country behind the bar and a wall of directional arrows indicating the distance to various Irish villages, diners are never lost for a theme. Hightop tables line the bar area, but a step up leads to O'Shea's dining room proper. During late night, these tables get shuffled about to make space for bands, which, like the bar itself, tend to be of the Irish persuasion.
O'Shea's crowd is often mixed, and pleasantly so. Business suits and Carhartt coveralls share space equally, especially when the place is packed during the pub's popular happy hour. (Fridays feature a free buffet, which is hard to resist.)
