Atmosphere

Impressed Café looks like a hotel lobby bistro with generic framed art and mismatched furniture, but the chatty staff, stream of regulars and "fireplace" render it homey and welcoming. Expect to be jostled by briefcases and accosted by talk of "Excel files" and "memos." But don't let this deter you: This is no "Chotchkies" for the disgruntled white collars over at Initech. Rather, Dixie Chicks are on the stereo, coffee is brewing and there's even a touch of neighborhood bistro here.
