Elvis' Mexican food appears to be the real deal. Served on Styrofoam plates, the portions are large but not disgustingly so. The meat has enough texture and flavor to suggest that it's not heavily processed. The queso takes the cake, though, warming your mouth with creamy Cheddar and minced peppers. We also liked the small cups of salsa served on the side.
