Despite its dingy green exterior, Elvis beckons a stream of athletic college students, hungry professionals and laid back couples. The cramped dining room stays sufficiently cool if a little dark. A flat-screen TV elevates patrons' munching jaws with broadcast entertainment news. Little flourishes from south of the border adorn tile walls, and huge mirrors promote people-watching. You order at the counter, but the cashier brings food to the table if you choose to dine in.
