Barbacoa burrito
Credit:Chip Rose
The barbacoa burrito ($3.99) was pretty traditional, but generously stuffed with perfectly-cooked, spiced, tender beef and rice, sour cream and lettuce. It was a meal in itself, and a great one at that.
Served with a side of fried onions and sour cream for dipping, the carne asada quesadillas ($3.99) were simple but delightful. If C-ville had more nightlife, this would be perfect late night chow.
