Skinny: Remember the diner scene from When Harry Met Sally? I didn't do that here, but I sure was thinking about it! For years I've wondered why this breakfasty interpretation of the traditional ice cream sandwich (take that, Good Humor) hasn't become boardwalk legend alongside Thrasher's fries, Fisher's popcorn and Candy Kitchen taffy. The contrast alone is enough to salivate over: thick, hot, sugar-coated waffle followed by cold, slightly melted ice cream.
