Crab toast at The Claddagh Pub

Ingredients: Jumbo lump crab imperial with red peppers and lemon dressing all plopped on top of four pieces of garlic crostini, with salad in the middle. What is garlic crostini, you ask? I have no idea. But it was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and dissolved in your mouth like cotton candy. I think street vendors sell this stuff in Heaven.
Damage: $8.95
Skinny: Love at first bite—we're picking out china patterns and splurging on curtain rods. Period. The end. Cue happy-ending music.—Jen Bunty
