What would you call an invite-only, 11-course feast for the best chefs in Baltimore? (Bear in mind the evening includes belly dancing, pig piñatas, a rock band and a mariachi band.) Well, if you said that sounds like the shit, you would be absolutely right.

Chef Ted Stelzenmuller's The Shit Show took place at Jack's Bistro Nov. 17, and was a love letter to the Baltimore food community and the chefs who run it. Stelzenmuller invited 23 of the city's best chefs for a unique dining experience filled with raucous entertainment and gastronomic anarchy.
