Previous to being introduced to Hikari, I had yet to found a sushi restaurant that really WOW'ed me. But this place seems to have it all. The sushi is fresh and delicate, their menue is filled with great dishes, the place is spotless and the service is beyond this world. Everyone who works here is so nice, and will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. I typically venture to this place once a week to once every two weeks- its delicious and you definitely can get your fill with their wonderful sushi buffet. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I am not a sushi lover until we went to Hikari Sushi for my son's birthday last Jan. 5, 2009. We were amazed on the selection that they have....probably 24 varieties or more of sushi. The side dishes like the tempura were incredibly delicious too. The price was very cheap (less than $20.00 per person) for "all-you-can-eat" sushi. The ambiance was very nice, clean, and quiet...with Japanese songs as background...it made us feel like we were in Japan...The service was excellent...we ate so much that if I was poked...I probably would burst!!! We are now doing a "sushi fund" at home so we can go back to Hikari as soon as possible. After our Hikari experienced...my family is now "hooked" on sushi!!!

Awesome food. Great and friendly service. Fresh and plentiful sushi at the all you can eat bar. Would recomend to any lover of fresh great sushi.

This place is amazing, both the atmosphere and food, very friendly staff aswell. The food...sushi especially was top notch - very fresh and a great vareity of sushi to choose from aswell as other authentic japanese fare and the prices are very reasonable. I had just discovered the existance of this place this morning and I am already hoping nothing ever happens to it so that I might return for countless visits.

Excellent taste! One of the best sushi place in Baltimore Area. Tempura & Teryaki are very good too. They also started Korean BBQ recently and variety of korean BBQ slections to choose from (in terms of meat type and how they are seasoned or marinated). They are amazing! This restaurant is strongly recommended!
