No matter how full you may be, Vaccaro's is a must stop. Little Italy is home to some of the best cuisine in Baltimore, but Vaccaro's pastry shop takes the cake (pun intended). Come hungry or be prepared to split any of the famous concoctions, like the decadent colosseos. The pound cake, gelato, coffee, cookies, cannoli and Italian ice tea are some of the reasons that people line up outside on a regular basis.
