Really a 3.5. Varied menu, all freshly made. A special ($38.95) of lobster and shrimp over pasta was outstanding. Decent wine choices at moderate prices. Don't miss the grilled caesar, which sounds impossible, but has a unique and tasty character.
In some ways, La Scala has the feel of a movie set, but is very pleasant.
