Germano's Trattoria: User Reviews
Only have time to write a brief review of our attendance to Cabaret at Germano's, which featured Steve Glasser in his set entitled "Just What the Doctor Ordered". As a sequel of sorts to his other revue, we've been told, the set was enjoyable. As a patron who has not seen nor heard of Glasser's "part one", some of the patter between songs lost us. However, it was a fine evening of songs from Baltimore's premier singing doctor.
Food and service were on par with what's expected, although wasn't as greatly impressed with the wine selection as I have been in other restaraunts.

Had the pleasure of visiting Germano's this past Thursday evening and was treated to a fantastic night of entertainment while feasting on some great Tuscan food.
First, the cabaret show that night was "From Pop To Opera" performed by 4 extremely talented young singer/actors. We were treated to offerings from Figaro, Gershwin, Sondheim, Cole Porter, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Harold Arlen, Puccini, and others. The show lasted from 7:30 - 9:00 pm and received a standing ovation from the 40 or so lucky patrons that evening.
Our dinner was excellent as well. My wife loved her trout entree and my braised ribs were very tasty. We had a great bottle of cab from their half-priced wine menu. Including the $10 cover charges which go directly to the performers, our wonderful evening out cost us just under $100.
We can't wait to return for another Thursday night cabaret at Germano's!
