Luca's Cafe calls itself "the best joint in the point." We're big suckers for rhyming slogans, so we'll at least say that Luca's is a pretty rad cafe, though its menu doesn't have much in the way of surprises: wings, crabcakes, shrimp, garlic steak and the like. Tastiness abounds, though.
