Crunchy golden lobster potstickers ($11)

For a fried app, these potstickers were surprisingly light and relatively greaseless. The lobster filling hinted at meatier fare, but not to a fault. Each potsticker was heartier than expected. Be forewarned, if you intend to sample a forkful of the accompanying pickled sprouts, be prepared for a tart smack to the tongue.
