Thai-style shrimp ceviche ($8)

The introduction of ceviche to the menu doesn't have anything to do with other recent changes in Harbor East, does it? With a more vibrant citrus flavor than offerings sampled at Talara, the half slices of shrimp seemed firmer than necessary. The dish's refreshing mint flavor and the addition of avocado slices did plenty to appease us, though.
