Fill up for less with neighborhood dinner specials

Federal Hill is known as one of Baltimore's hipper neighborhoods, a reputation that nearby Locust Point is also starting to gain. (Even Dubya's daughter thought the area was cool enough to begin a life of wedded bliss here.) With this rep, it's no wonder Federal Hill's not the first place folks look for an inexpensive meal. Although there are places in the neighborhood where a meal costs beaucoup bucks, Metromix unearthed some great grub on the cheap.
