Todd Conner's offers what we at Metromix considered the best special in the area, considering taste and price. TC's offers a black angus burger for $5 on Fridays during lunch and dinner. It's a perfectly grilled burger, which is hard enough to find, but placing it on a mini focaccia roll and presenting it with homemade herb potato chips turns this meal into a thing of love rather than just another normal burger.
