Mojito classico ($8)

Tempted as we were to ask for a Brazilian, we skipped the caipirinha and opted instead for mojitos. This classico is typically made with Bacardi Superior, but for the pre-grand opening reception, we got something more full-bodied. No complaints, though, as mint, sugar and rum set off an evening just fine. In retrospect, though, a frozen Key lime might have been a real winning choice. Next time, perhaps...
