Spicy tuna at Carlyle Club
Credit:Kellie Hale
First impression: Smells interesting...in a good way
Contents: Chunks of tuna served with a whole avocado, ginger and soy sauce and Lebanese seasonings
Fork or chopsticks? The chunks are perfectly bite-sized and easy to maneuver with chopsticks. If you want to mix in the avocado, however, you will need to use a fork and knife to cut the avocado into smaller pieces.
Damage: $19.95 (entrée). With such a generous portion, this entrée is worth every cent.
Decision: We truly enjoyed The Carlyle's tuna. The taste is bold and in your face, but we didn't find it spicy at all.
Fish tales: Best smell
