Tuna tartar at Sushi Hana
Credit:Kellie Hale
First impression: A glass? Interesting...
Contents: Chunks of tuna with sesame seeds, a spicy sauce and fish eggs over shredded radish
Fork or chopsticks? These bite-sized chunks are easy to eat with chopsticks. You could probably eat this with a fork, too, but using a fork to eat out of a glass just seems awkward to us.
Damage: $10.95. As an appetizer, this is enough to share. We found the tuna tartar to be worth the money.
Decision: Sushi Hana serves good tuna. It isn't particularly life-altering, but if you're in the mood for tuna, this should fill the void. Not only is it well seasoned, but it seemed to be pretty fresh, too.
Fish tales: Best use of a glass (aside from a cold beverage, of course)
