Brick Oven Pizza

The basics: Our fresh crust pepperoni slice from Brick Oven Pizza was served piping hot, and had a solid pepperoni flavor. The pizza was thin, and of a consistency closer to soup than solid. Like soup, this pizza is hard to hold. Master the two-handed-paper-plate-to-the-mouth technique, but be warned: If grease is your foe, this pizza will take you into enemy territory. And just so you know, we waited the longest for BOP's slice, so don't be in a hurry.
Damage: Two hundred and 30 pennies (plus tax) gets you one of the smaller slices we sampled.
Decision: The pizza is suitable for a weekend of wandering and feeding when the mood strikes, but nothing that warrants changing the speed dial on your phone.
Distinction: The longest wait
