Wings 'n' things: We were served 10 wings with plenty of blue cheese dressing and celery.
Hot stuff: Pleased with the balance on our plate, five drumettes and five double-bones competed for our taste buds' attention. The wings were covered with a moderate amount of sauce. Expect spiciness when it hits your lips, but surprisingly little afterburn on the way down. The sauce dried up quickly, so our fingers weren't terribly sticky. We like that.
Investment: At $6.95 for 10 wings, Claddagh offers bang for your buck.
Bottom line: Fans of hot wings will enjoy Claddagh's offerings. Fans of bone-dry wings (who is that?) are advised to look elsewhere.
