Maryland crab

Amanda: Some variety of Maryland crab is practically de rigueur if you want to have a license to serve food in this state, but that doesn't mean it's always done well. Props, then, to Soup's On for getting it right without going overboard on the Old Bay. The tomato-based soup still has a nice kick to it and enough stringy pieces of crab to appease me.

Mark: Hell yeah! Since the first spoonful came weighted down with a full-on piece of claw meat, the crab quickly pleases. What its peppery flavor lacked in Old Bay, it more than made up for in heartiness.
