Mark's spud

Mine was intended to be a spicy, South of the border affair. Its combination of sauteed ground turkey, jalapenos and chopped tomatoes ($11) didn't have nearly as much heat as I'd anticipated. The tomatoes weren't exactly chopped, either. Rather, they were of the roasted variety. Overall, I was a fan, but that first potato is still my favorite. (I intend to improve it for my finale, pairing the grilled flank steak with the demi-glace and maybe adding some backfin crab for a surf and turf effect.)
