Not going to lie—the tapioca pearls in the bottom of the glass were…odd. Why would anyone immerse those poor, little, innocent tapiocas in this drink? Not sure. The cocktail is shockingly sparkly, but grows on you after awhile. We wanted to taste more violet, but mostly got the sparkling wine with framboise flavors, so that's always good.
